therapy rate
How much is your therapy rate?
Your initial 20-minute phone consultation is free. This will be your opportunity to share:
- Why you are seeking therapy
- How you feel therapy might be helpful
- And you can ask any question about what therapy with me is like
Currently, I accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, The Alliance, and WPS.
For all other insurance companies, I am considered “out of network” and the therapy rate will be applied. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts.
My rate is $160 per 50 minute session and payment will be collected at the time of service. To avoid being charged the full therapy rates, please reschedule or cancel appointments 24-hours before your appointment.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
